Celebrating this landmark anniversary, Gilbert CPAs continues to demonstrate their commitment to community service and employee engagement. Instead of a large party, the company opted for an internal celebration to honor the firm’s “culture of caring” which included giving back to some incredible nonprofit organizations. They gave each employee $100 (split into five tokens) to donate to the charities they felt most passionate about, resulting in thousands of dollars contributed to various causes.
One example of Gilbert's commitment to social responsibility is through their 20-year tradition of Community Service Day. Once a year, Gilbert closes it's office and the employees get to spend the workday volunteering at a variety of local nonprofits like food banks and shelters.
