VICKI A. ROBINSON
Vicki serves as the Firm Administrator/Human Resource Administrator. Firm Administrator responsibilities include the day-to-day operation of the office, facilities management, management of insurance compliance, liaison between building management and staff, oversite of office supplies, and supervision of the administrative team. Focus on cross-training the administration team to ensure coverage in all areas while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Human Resource responsibilities include payroll, onboarding new hires, administration of health and welfare benefits for all employees, management of the firm’s HRIS, and coordinating semi-annual staff evaluations.
Vicki graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in HR. She is also certified as an SHRM-CP through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professional in Human Resource – California (PHRca) through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

I love to cook and bake for family and friends. I also love to plan and host family gatherings.
What led you to this career?
In high school, my favorite class was “Office Practices,” where we functioned as a simulated office.
Would you rather win a million dollars or never have to pay for anything ever again?
Never have to pay for anything again.
Favorite vacation spot?
Santa Cruz. My family rents a Victorian Mansion for a week.
